PROGRAM - Bird Conservation at the Human-Wildlife Interface: Tackling the Domestic Cat Challenge

Presenter – Grant Sizemore

Domestic cats (Felis catus) are are a pervasive threat to birds across the country. This talk will examine the magnitude of the risks associated with at-large domestic cats and identify solutions that benefit cats, birds, and people. Grant Sizemore earned degrees in Zoology and Environmental Science from Miami University and an M.S. in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Florida. He has worked professionally in wildlife conservation since leaving school and is now the Director of Invasive Species Programs at American Bird Conservancy.
